Providers affected by EHR and change programs
Cross-platform leadership
Integrated perspective
From strategy to adoption
Healthcare organizations rarely struggle because they lack technology options. They struggle because clinical priorities, governance, data, workflow, technical architecture, and organizational capacity are addressed separately.
J Butler MD Consulting brings those layers into one decision process. The work is designed to help leaders clarify risk, establish governance, translate clinical needs into actionable requirements, and move from recommendation to implementation.

Explore this service →A cross-layer perspective
Recommendations begin with patient care, clinical risk, operational reality, and the decisions leaders are accountable for making.
EHRs, interoperability, cloud, data, cybersecurity, analytics, AI, and governance are treated as one operating system—not as disconnected projects.
The goal is not a presentation that ends with recommendations. The goal is an executable roadmap, clear ownership, usable governance, and adoption in practice.
Rural, Tribal, safety-net, nonprofit, public-health, and emergency settings require strategies that account for limited staff, fragmented data, competing priorities, and sustainability.
